Create an inviting outside space with a dining and seating area. Increase privacy
and improve the outlook from the inside.

A small terrace area with basic decking on a large contemporary penthouse
apartment.

solution
Removed the existing fittings including part of encroaching wall. Installed a feature stainless
steel and hardwood wall incorporating a water feature to create more audible and visual privacy. Replaced the
decking with quality hardwood flooring. Sited planting containers and support for new planting, in-keeping with
surroundings and client requirements.
